Nikki lanshaw, MPH, is the Project Director of the Abortion Care Training Incubator for Outstanding Nurse Scholars (ACTIONS) program at the University of California, San Francisco. Her work focuses on policy interventions aimed at improving access to reproductive health care and health insurance coverage.

Toni bond, Ph.D., is a scholar and ethicist. Her research focuses on the lives of black women and the intersectionality between religion and reproductive justice, feminist theology and feminist ethics. She is currently working as an ACTIONS Postdoctoral Fellow at the School of Nursing, University of California, San Francisco.
