Tom Holland knows who bought the Avengers tower
When we talk about a closely related superhero mythology that spans both film and television, a mythology that calls on some of the biggest names in the business to star in projects that have hit budget hundreds of millions of dollars, occupying a vacant building doesn’t seem like one of the many burning questions fans are asking.
However, since Spider-Man: Homecoming Established that Tony Stark had sold Avengers Tower before the team moved to a facility in the upstate, debate raged over who made the best offer. Several candidates show up most often, including the Oscorp variant of Norman Osborn and Kang the Conqueror, Mr. Gryphon, with a Loki Easter Egg teasing that the latter’s Qeng Enterprises had done just that in an alternate timeline.
The different teases dotted throughout Hawk Eye also saw Wilson Fisk become a nominee, but Tom Holland admitted in an interview with the Phase Zero podcast that he knew exactly who signed the act. Naturally, more information than that was barely available, but the fact that the MCU’s Spider-Man knows about it seems to indicate that it might end up having an effect on him in the future.
